Registration
At the ISA International Sign Expo:
- Your badge is the key to the exhibit hall and to all the events, including the educational seminars. The selections made on your registration form will be coded on your badge.
- Badge holders are color coded to denote convention participation:
- Blue - Exhibitor
- Red - Sign Product Buyer/Attendee
- Orange - Sign Supply Distributor
- If you pre-registered before February 29 (February 22 for international attendees), your badge will be mailed to you.
- If you haven't received your registration materials in the mail, please bring your e-mail confirmation with you to the show to receive your badge and holder.
- Forgot your badge at home? Go to the pre-registered counter to reprint your ticket.
- Didn't pre-register? Complete a registration form and take the completed form to the On-site Registration counter or go to one of the self-registration kiosks to register for the show.
- Substitutes are only accepted with written permission from the original registrant. Please contact customer service at 800-748-5065 (USA and Canada) or +001 508-743-0542 (International Calls). You may also e-mail sign@cdsreg.com. Hours of Operation: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET.
- No one under 17 years of age will be admitted unless accompanied by an adult, and then only during show hours.
- Cameras are allowed on the show floor only during show hours. Photographs are only allowed to be taken with the permission of the exhibitor.
You may register for special events and educational sessions on a space-available basis. A registration form must be completed for all adults and children attending the show.
Refund
- Cancellation requests should be faxed on company letterhead to 1-508-759-4552, Attn: ISA or mailed to ISA at 107 Waterhouse Rd., Bourne, MA 02532.
- Cancellation requests for refunds must be received in writing by March 13, 2008 and will be subject to a $10 cancellation fee. After this date, only substitutions will be accepted.
- Refund requests will not be accepted after March 13, 2008.
- Please allow 30 days to process refund requests.
