2. Am I a member of ISA?


ISA membership is sold to companies, as opposed to individuals. ISA members enjoy extensive benefits, including discounts on trade show fees, discounts on publications, free legal assistance on sign code regulations and more. Questions about membership? 4. When do I receive my badge?


Please note that Exhibitor on-site registration will not open until Tuesday, April 6, 2010, at 7:30 a.m. Therefore, you must pre-register for your Exhibitor Badges if you plan to begin your booth set-up before Tuesday, April 6 at 7:30 a.m.

For companies located in the U.S. or Canada all badges and holders will be mailed by March 19, 2010 to those companies registered before March 12, 2010. 

For companies located outside the U.S. or Canada badges and holders will be mailed by March 12, 2010 to those companies registered before March 5, 2010.

5. When is the exhibit hall open?


Thursday, April 8: 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday, April 9: 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, April 10: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

To receive an visa invitation letter simply compete the exhibitor visa invitation letter form and send it via e-mail to mellisa.cooper@signs.org or fax to +1 (703) 836-8353.

10. Will there be seminars in languages other than English?


Currently, ISA does not offer education sessions in languages other than English. If you are interested in translated programs, please e-mail education@signs.org with the topics and languages you would like ISA to offer.

11. Will there be interpreters available at the show?


es. There will be interpreters fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin and Korean. They will be located in the ISA International Commerce Center and at the International Registration Desk when you enter the convention center.
