1. Why should I exhibit at ISA Sign Expo 2012?

3. How do I reserve exhibit space?

4. When do I receive my badge?
Please note that Exhibitor on-site registration will not open until Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at 7:30 am. Therefore, you must pre-register for your Exhibitor Badges if you plan to begin your booth set-up before Tuesday, March 20 at 7:30 am.

As soon as you register, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration. As in previous years, badges will be mailed to those who pre-register. To receive your badge by mail, please register by the dates indicated below:

  • February 22, 2012: Deadline for international attendees
  • February 29, 2012: Deadline for U.S. attendees

If you don't receive your registration materials in the mail, please bring your e-mail confirmation to expedite retrieving your badge on site.


Exhibitor Badge Registration will be available in November 2012.

5. When is the exhibit hall open?
Thursday, March 22: 9:30 am – 5:00 pm
Friday, March 23: 9:30 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday, March 24: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

7. Where is Sign Expo 2012 located?
The convention will take place at the Orange County Convention Center's North Hall in Orlando, Florida. The street address for directional purposes is: 9400 Universal Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819.

8. How do I make hotel reservations?
To receive the best rates, we encourage all exhibitors and attendees to make all travel reservations through ISA’s official partner, Travel Planners. Book your hotel room today!


9. How do I request a visa invitation letter?

Exhibitors must request a visa invitation letter. There are two options for processing your request:

  • Option 1: Submit this form and ISA will print and mail your letter to you. You will be responsible for all mail fees and be required to provide payment and/or account information for UPS or FedEx.
  • Option 2: Generate your own personalized PDF that you can print and submit to your embassy.

10. Will there be seminars in languages other than English?

11. Will there be interpreters available at the show?

Yes. There will be interpreters fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin and Korean. They will be located in the ISA International Commerce Center and at the International Registration Desk when you enter the convention center.

12. How do I rent a scooter or a wheelchair?

Your mobility device can be reserved in advance for your event at the Orange County Convention Center. It can be at waiting at the business center or can be delivered to your hotel in Orlando. 13. Will there be a coat and bag check at the show?

Yes. ISA has partnered with Bags to provide a coat and bag check duiring show hours from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on March 22-23, and from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on March 24. View more information.


14. Is remote airline check-in for my return flight available on-site at the convention center?
