What will happen to my hotel reservations?
We've worked with the hotels, and if you booked your room through ISA’s official housing partner, onPeak, then we have cancelled your current hotel reservation. No further action is required from you at this time. If you guaranteed your reservation with a check deposit, onPeak will return your deposit to you in the coming weeks. Reservations guaranteed with a credit card have not been and will not be charged by onPeak or any of the hotels. If you made your hotel reservation directly with a hotel or through a travel agent or online provider, you should contact them directly.
ISA is currently in the process of securing hotels and discounted rates for the August dates and anticipate opening hotel reservations as quickly as possible. Be on the look-out for an email from ISA letting you know it’s time to book your rooms for the August Expo.
What can I do if I already booked my flight?
Almost all the major airlines have waived the fees for changes to flights or will credit the ticket price back to your account. Therefore, you should be able change your flight to the August dates without penalty, but this is determined by each airline individually. ISA is not reinbursing for flights.
Will my Tradeshow Only registration be automatically transferred to the new dates?
Tradeshow Only registrations will be automatically transferred and you will receive an updated confirmation closer to the show.
Will my Education Package or Session purchase be automatically transferred to the new dates?
Yes, we are transferring your registration to the new dates and you won't need to re-register. We are working to confirm the current education sessions and speakers. We will be in touch shortly with an updated schedule of education for you to confirm your participation.
I was registered with Impressions Expo Orlando, how will that work?
As Impressions Expo Orlando was a show that was completely independent from ISA, please visit Impressions Expo's website for updates: https://impressionsexpo.com/orlando/
I can’t attend over the new dates, can I get a refund?
Yes, we can issue you a refund of your Attendee registration. Please email your registration confirmation email or your Badge/Registration Confirmation # to Kyle.Craig@signs.org, and we'll start the process for your refund.
How can I get an updated Visa letter with the new dates?
Simply visit this page and enter your existing badge number and details to create a visa invitation letter. If you have not yet registered, please register then complete the visa invitation letter at the link above.
