New for 2022: Community Cohorts give attendees the opportunity to connect with professionals in their same position in small groups. These hour and a half discussions are peer-led, with the help of a facilitator.

The community-based nature of cohorts help nurture collaboration, teamwork, empathy, communication and leadership skills that are the essential to career development. Attendees are challenged to bring two immediately actionable ideas to share with the group and all conversations are confidential and conducted in a safe and trusting environment.

After the show ISA will develop ongoing cohort conversations so you can continue to capitalize on your new peer network!
