How do I request a visa invitation letter?

Visa letters will be available through our registration partner CDS. If you are traveling from a country that requires a visa, one will automatically be sent to once you’ve registered for the show. If you need a visa letter immediately, please use our visa request form to generate a personalized letter.

How do I obtain a visa for ISA Sign Expo® 2019?

After identifying that a visa is needed, foreign travelers should contact the US Embassy Consulate at Look for posted time frames on the Internet or call the Consular Section to hear recorded information about visa processing time frames. The State Department’s recommended first source of up-to-date visa information is

ISA recommends following these guidelines for getting a visa for entry into the United States:

  • Request a letter of invitation to attend ISA Sign Expo® 2019 at least four (4) months prior to ISA Sign Expo®. You must finish the registration process and payment in order to receive the visa invitation letter from ISA.
  • Applicants should present their entire trip itinerary, including travel to any countries other than the United States, at the time of visa application.
  • Provide evidence that you intend to return to your country of residence; applicants should provide proof of “binding,” or sufficient, ties to their home country or permanent residence abroad. This may include documentation of the following: family ties in home country or country of legal permanent residence, property ownership, bank accounts, and/or an employment contractor statement from an employer stating that the position will continue after the dates of the meeting.

Where do I pick up my badge?

As soon as you register, you will receive an email confirming your registration. All badges are to be picked up on-site at registration, located in Bayside E of the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Las Vegas, NV.

Will there be interpreters available at the show?

There will be free interpreters fluent in Spanish and Mandarin available on a first come, first served basis for the trade show only. However, should you wish to order and pay for a private interpreter, please contact Alicia Kostak at akostak@lvcva.comor 702.892.0711.

Will there be a coat and bag check at ISA Sign Expo® 2019?

Check your bags and coats and have one less thing to worry about while at the show. Coat and bag check will be located in the quad, which is across from the food court as you are heading to Bayside. There is a $4.00 per bag/item fee. The hours are as follows:

Tuesday, April 23: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday, April 24: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday, April 25: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday, April 26: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The scooter rental rates are as follows:

1 Day: $40.00
2 Days: $75.00
3-4 Days: $115.00
5-7 Days: $130.00

Where can I park my car?

Vehicles parked in the flat lot will be charged a $15 flat fee.  

For vehicles that are parked in the parking garage, the below fees apply:

Vehicles that are self-parked at any MGM Resorts parking facility for longer than 1 hour will be subject to a parking fee. The self-parking fee is $9.00 for vehicles parked between 1-2 hours; $12.00 parked between 2-4 hours; and $15.00 for vehicles parked between 4-24 hours at Mandalay Bay and Delano. 

The valet parking fee is $16 for the first 4 hours (no grace period) and $24 for between 4-24 hours.

All parking fees repeat every 24 hours. Parking fees may be higher during special events.

Self-parking is complimentary for M life members level Pearl and higher and valet parking is complimentary for M life members level Gold and higher. All complimentary parking is subject to availability.

Will there be transportation to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center?

There will be two (2) free trams that will make stops at Excalibur, Luxor and Mandalay Bay.  The tram schedule is listed below:

Tram 1 - Runs from Mandalay Bay to Luxor to Excalibur
Thursday - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:30 AM
Sunday - Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 12:30 AM

Tram 2 - Runs from Excalibur to Luxor to Mandalay Bay
Monday - Friday: 11:00 AM - 12:30 AM
Saturday - Sunday: 11:00 AM - 2:30 AM
