Visa letters will be available through our registration partner, CDS. If you are traveling from a country that requires a Visa, one will automatically be sent once you’ve registered for the show. If you need a visa letter immediately, please use our visa request form to generate a personalized letter (coming soon).
Generally, a citizen of a foreign country who wishes to enter the United States must first obtain a visa, either a nonimmigrant visa for temporary stay or an immigrant visa for permanent residence. Visitor visas are nonimmigrant visas for persons who want to enter the United States temporarily for business (visa category B-1), tourism, pleasure or visiting (visa category B-2) or a combination of both purposes (B-1/B-2).
There are several steps to apply for a visa. The order of these steps and how you complete them may vary at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you apply. Please consult the instructions available on the U.S. Embassy or Consulate website where you will apply.

ISA recommends following these guidelines for getting a visa for entry into the United States:
As soon as you register, you will receive an email confirming your registration. All badges are to be picked up on-site at registration, located in the pre-function space of S220 in South Building at the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, FL.
There will be interpreters fluent in Spanish and Mandarin. They will be located at the International Registration Desk.
Check your bags and coats and have one less thing to worry about while at the show. Coat and bag check will be located inside S-221 at the Convention Center. There is a US$4.00 fee per item.

The Orange County Convention Center operates three parking lots with accessible parking available. All spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
A US$17.00 parking fee will apply to passenger vehicles. A US$25.00 parking fee will apply to oversized vehicles.
The Convention Center accepts cash, traveler's checks, American Express, MasterCard and Visa as payment for parking fees.
Overnight parking is not allowed at the Orange County Convention Center.
Yes, disability permit parking is available at the Orange County Convention Center on a first-come, first-served basis. The exact number of available spaces vary by show or event.
