What are the dates and location for ISA International Sign Expo® 2020?

ISA Sign Expo® 2020 will be held at the Orange County Convention Center, South Hall and North A, Orlando, Florida. Education & networking events will take place April 1-4, 2020, and the trade show will take place April 2-4, 2020.

Is the Handicap Parking?

Yes, all parking at the Orange County Convention Center is available on a first-come, first-served basis, including disability permit parking. The exact number of available spaces vary by show or event.

How do I request a visa invitation letter?

Visa letters will be available through our registration partner CDS. If you are traveling from a country that requires a Visa, one will automatically be sent once you’ve registered for the show. If you need a visa letter immediately, please use our visa request form to generate a personalized letter (coming soon).

How do I obtain a visa for ISA Sign Expo® 2020?

Generally, a citizen of a foreign country who wishes to enter the United States must first obtain a visa, either a nonimmigrant visa for temporary stay, or an immigrant visa for permanent residence. Visitor visas are nonimmigrant visas for persons who want to enter the United States temporarily for business (visa category B-1), tourism, pleasure or visiting (visa category B-2), or a combination of both purposes (B-1/B-2).

There are several steps to apply for a visa. The order of these steps and how you complete them may vary at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you apply. Please consult the instructions available on the U.S. Embassy or Consulate website where you will apply.

The State Department’s recommended first source of up-to-date visa information is https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en.html

ISA recommends following these guidelines for getting a visa for entry into the United States:

  • Request a letter of invitation to attend ISA Sign Expo® 2020 at least four (4) months prior to ISA Sign Expo®. You must finish the registration process and payment in order to receive the visa invitation letter from ISA.
  • Applicants should present their entire trip itinerary, including travel to any countries other than the United States, at the time of visa application.
  • Provide evidence that you intend to return to your country of residence; applicants should provide proof of “binding,” or sufficient, ties to their home country or permanent residence abroad. This may include documentation of the following: family ties in home country or country of legal permanent residence, property ownership, bank accounts, and/or an employment contractor statement from an employer stating that the position will continue after the dates of the meeting.

Where do I pick up my badge?

As soon as you register, you will receive an email confirming your registration. All badges are to be picked up on-site at registration, located at the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, FL.

Will there be interpreters available at the show?

There will be interpreters fluent in Spanish and Mandarin. They will be located at the International Registration Desk.

Will there be a coat and bag check at ISA Sign Expo® 2020?

Check your bags and coats and have one less thing to worry about while at the show. Coat and bag check will be located inside S-221 at the Convention Center. There is a $4.00 per bag/item fee.

Will there be a shuttle to the Orange County Convention Center?

There will be free shuttles running from all the hotels listed on the housing website except for the Hilton Orlando.

  • 7 AM-6 PM: One mini bus per route

* Last bus departs Convention Center at 5:45PM

Thursday April 2nd

  • 7 AM-11 AM: Three buses running every 15 minutes per route
  • 11 AM-2PM: One bus running every 30 minutes per route
  • 2PM-7PM: Three buses running every 15 minutes

  • 7 AM-11 AM: Three buses running every 15 minutes per route

Where can I park my car?

The Orange County Convention Center operates three parking lots with accessible parking available. All spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A $17.00 parking fee will apply to passenger vehicles. A $25.00 parking fee will apply to oversized vehicles. The OCCC accepts cash, traveler's checks, American Express, MasterCard and Visa as payment for parking fees.

Overnight parking is not allowed at the Orange County Convention Center.
