Please be cautious — there is an emerging scam targeting attendees and exhibitors of tradeshows and event that have been rescheduled or canceled around the world due to the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. 

ISA and ISA Sign Expo® will NOT be soliciting payment for any registration or attendance fees – fees are only collected at the time you register or update your registration through our registration system.

What are the dates and location for ISA Sign Expo® 2020?

ISA Sign Expo® 2020 will be held on Sunday-Tuesday, August 23 - 25, with Education & Networking events Saturday-Tuesday, August 22 - 25, at the Orange County Convention Center, South Building, Orlando, Florida.

When is the tradeshow floor open?

The tradeshow floor will be open August 23 - 25, 2020
Sunday, August 23:  9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Monday, August 24:  9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, August 25:  10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

How do I request a visa invitation letter?

Visa letters will be available through our registration partner, CDS. If you are traveling from a country that requires a Visa, one will automatically be sent once you’ve registered for the show. If you need a visa letter immediately, please use our visa request form to generate a personalized letter:

How do I obtain a visa for ISA Sign Expo® 2020?

Generally, a citizen of a foreign country who wishes to enter the United States must first obtain a visa, either a nonimmigrant visa for temporary stay or an immigrant visa for permanent residence. Visitor visas are nonimmigrant visas for persons who want to enter the United States temporarily for business (visa category B-1), tourism, pleasure or visiting (visa category B-2) or a combination of both purposes (B-1/B-2).

There are several steps to apply for a visa. The order of these steps and how you complete them may vary at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you apply. Please consult the instructions available on the U.S. Embassy or Consulate website where you will apply.

ISA recommends following these guidelines for getting a visa for entry into the United States:

  • Request a letter of invitation to attend ISA Sign Expo® 2020 at least four (4) months prior to ISA Sign Expo®. You must finish the registration process and payment in order to receive the visa invitation letter from ISA.
  • Applicants should present their entire trip itinerary, including travel to any countries other than the United States, at the time of visa application.
  • Provide evidence that you intend to return to your country of residence; applicants should provide proof of “binding,” or sufficient, ties to their home country or permanent residence abroad. This may include documentation of the following: family ties in home country or country of legal permanent residence, property ownership, bank accounts, and/or an employment contractor statement from an employer stating that the position will continue after the dates of the meeting.

Where do I pick up my badge?

As soon as you register, you will receive an email confirming your registration. All badges are to be picked up on-site at registration, located in the pre-function space of S220 in South Building at the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, FL.

Will there be interpreters available at the show?

There will be interpreters fluent in Spanish and Mandarin. They will be located at the International Registration Desk.

Will there be a coat and bag check?

Check your bags and coats and have one less thing to worry about while at the show. Coat and bag check will be located inside S-221 at the Convention Center. There is a US$4.00 fee per item.

Saturday, August 22: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, August 23: 8:00 am – 6:00 p.m.
Monday, August 24: 8:00 a.m.– 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, August 25: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Will there be a shuttle to the Orange County Convention Center?

There will be free shuttles running from all the hotels listed on the housing website except for the Hilton Orlando.

Where can I park my car?

The Orange County Convention Center operates three parking lots with accessible parking available. All spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

A US$17.00 parking fee will apply to passenger vehicles. A US$25.00 parking fee will apply to oversized vehicles.

The Convention Center accepts cash, traveler's checks, American Express, MasterCard and Visa as payment for parking fees.

Overnight parking is not allowed at the Orange County Convention Center.

Is there Handicap Parking?

Yes, disability permit parking is available at the Orange County Convention Center on a first-come, first-served basis. The exact number of available spaces vary by show or event.
