ISA International Sign Expo 2022® will be held Wednesday–Friday, May 4–6 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia.

Registration for ISA Sign Expo will open January 2022.

As soon as you register, you will receive an email confirming your registration. All badges are to be picked up on-site at the registration office on the main level between Hall A and Hall B.

Guests should park in the RED DECK. The entrance to the deck is located at 285 Andrew Young International Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30313. Level 7 of the garage has a pedestrian bridge with direct access to Building B. Cost for parking is $15 per day if purchased onsite, or $12 if purchased in advance via this link beginning in January (will probably be able to provide a better link in a few months once our exact event is up on parkmobile, they don’t put events up until 6 months out): https://app.parkmobile.io/venue/georgia-world-congress-center/events

Shuttles will drop off at the transportation depot that is directly in front of Building B, between State Farm Arena and the International Plaza. Once guests depart the bus, they need to head directly across the street and enter the Building B Lobby.

The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) is Atlanta’s public transportation system comprised of a bus and rail system that connects all parts of Atlanta. A single $2.50 fare covers one-way bus or rail trips, including transfers.

The GWCC is MARTA accessible at two stations on the blue and green rail lines: GWCC/CNN station and Vine City Marta Station.

MARTA also connects directly to the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The rail station is located at the north end of the airport, near baggage claim. This service offers the quickest and least expensive way to get to and from the airport to downtown Atlanta. If you are traveling from the airport to the GWCC, you should can transfer from the red or gold line at the Five Points station to the first westbound train on the green or blue line and ride one stop to the GWCC/CNN station.

For more information, visit www.itsmarta.com and view train and walking directions to the GWCC.

The FedEx Office Business Center located in the main lobby of Building B, next to Registration Hall, offers mobility scooters and wheelchair rentals though Scootaround. Call the Scootaround reservation number to make arrangements at 1-855-563-9176.

The GWCC has manual push wheelchairs available for use by attendees at no charge while in the building. A state issued form of ID is required for a deposit, as well as a valid phone number; the ID will be returned to the patron upon return of the wheelchair to the information desk. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and can be found at the Information Desks in Buildings B and C.

Travel restrictions are constantly changing so we suggest foreign travelers contact the U.S. Embassy Consulate at http://www.usembassy.gov for the latest rules. Please note that visa processing times may be longer than in the past.

After identifying that a visa is needed, foreign travelers should contact the U.S. Embassy Consulate at http://www.usembassy.gov. Look for posted time frames on the Internet or call the Consular Section to hear recorded information about visa processing time frames. The State Department’s recommended first source of up-to-date visa information is http://travel.state.gov/visa/visa_1750.html.
ISA recommends following these guidelines for getting a visa for entry into the United States:
  • Request a letter of invitation to attend ISA Sign Expo® 2019 at least four (4) months prior to ISA Sign Expo. You must finish the registration process and payment in order to receive the visa invitation letter from ISA.
  • Applicants should present their entire trip itinerary, including travel to any countries other than the United States, at the time of visa application.
  • Provide evidence that you intend to return to your country of residence; applicants should provide proof of “binding,” or sufficient, ties to their home country or permanent residence abroad. This may include documentation of the following: family ties in home country or country of legal permanent residence, property ownership, bank accounts, and/or an employment contractor statement from an employer stating that the position will continue after the dates of the meeting.
