PLAYER REGISTRATON

• $100 per player ($125 per player after February 28)
• Each registration includes game play and lunch
• Southern States Sign Association (SSSA) will randomly assign teams/no pairing requests

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Each sponsorship will receive the following:

• Recognition in promotional E-Blasts
• Recognition on signage at the conference
• Opportunity to include promotional item in player goodie bags

BAY SPONSORSHIP – $1,250

• Sponsorship includes registration fees for 6 players.
• Sponsor has the option to choose up to 6 people to play in your bay (players can be
  from your company and/or invite customers to play as your guest).
• SSSA will include sponsor logo on TV screens during the event.

LUNCH SPONSORSHIP – $1,000

• Sponsorship does not include player registration fees/additional fees will be required.
• Grab and go lunch will be served in a separate room (1 1/2 hour time period at the
  beginning of the event). Sponsor recognition on signage and availability to have promotional items on a table in separate room.

Sponsorships are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of
payment.
