You must first register for ISA Sign Expo in order to receive a Visa Invitation Letter – your badge ID number is required to complete the letter. Click here to register, in Step 2 you can request your official Visa Invitation Letter. ISA’s registration partner, CDS, will automatically send out Visa Invitation Letters to all international registrants and exhibitors that request a visa for travel to the US.
In addition, you are welcome to use the form below to generate a PDF version of your personalized letter for your immediate use – have your ISA Sign Expo registration confirmation handy as you will need your badge ID number.
If you have never applied for a visa and would like to know how, please visit the US Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs. This site should provide you with the necessary information for obtaining a US visa.
State Department Regulations: US embassies and consulates now require face-to-face visa interviews for most nonimmigrant visa applicants. Because of these new regulations, visa application approval may be delayed. You are encouraged to apply for a visa at least two months before the ISA event you would like to attend. ISA is unable to contact US embassies in support of an individual attempting to gain entry to attend an ISA meeting.
